Sark is telling me that I've got to sleep to get rid of the Crabby Appletons - that's pretty bang-on these days.

Only mine are called the Downer Doldrums.

Still, sleep helps.

thank goodness for sleep.

Day 2 of SARK's Anytime Adventure

Today, SARK inspired me to DRAW - just squiggly lines, circles, starts and such, but I drew.

Oh, and I changed the wallpaper on my computer. It's one of SARK's downloadables.

Now my MacBook tells me:

SARK's Anytime Adventure - Day 1 - Change in Routine

Today I decided I needed a little inspiration.

So I headed over to Planet Sark to see what Susan Ariel Rainbow Kennedy (SARK) could do about infusing me with some juicy creative energy.
